Refund Policy

Returns will operate on a 5-day basis. This means that you will have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you receive it in. For sealed products, this means that the product cannot be opened or tampered with in the event of a return. 

To start a return, please contact us at alolanfriends@gmail.com. Each return will be evaluated on a case to case basis. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items that are sent without first notifying us will not be accepted and will be considered forfeit.

 

Damages and issues

Upon receipt of your order, please properly inspect the received items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Any sealed items that are opened are non-returnable and there will be no exceptions
  • Sealed items with manufacturer issues are non-returnable. This includes loose wrapping, wrapping with minor holes, weak glue on flats and etc. Should there be different abnormal conditions, these will be reviewed on a case to case basis 

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All refunds are subject to deductions of shipping costs to return the item and the processing fee of the transaction itself.
  

Cancellation/Return Fee

All order cancellations/returns are subject to up to a 3.6% processing charge being applied to the refund.
